2008 Festival Program July 7, 2008

The 2008 ACE Film Festival selections have been made! We are very proud and extremely excited to bring 40 films to New World Stages this year for a 4-day event not soon to be forgotten by this city. Check back for our final programming announcement on Monday, July 14th.

Success Story: FADE April 9, 2008

Several films from our 2007 program (many of which premiered at ACE Fest) have gone on to achieve varying levels of success from international distribution deals to finishing funds and major studio options. Today, we'd like to highlight Anthony Stagliano's FADE. The film is a story of sleeplessness, told through a nightmare.

After its world premiere at ACE Fest, FADE screened at the Illinois International Film Festival and NewFilmmakers at Anthology in New York City. The film has also been picked up for distribution by Cinema EPOCH and just recently obtained a limited theatrical run in New York and Chicago! If you missed this incredible film at ACE 2007, be sure to check out the trailer here and keep an eye out for FADE at a theater near you and on DVD in June!

Success Story: Little Chenier March 17, 2008

Several films from our 2007 program (many of which premiered at ACE Fest) have gone on to achieve varying levels of success from international distribution deals to finishing funds and major studio options. Today, we'd like to highlight Little Chenier, winner of Best Feature at ACE Film Festival 2007.

Bethany Ashton Wolf's feature directoral debut made its first East Coast appearance at ACE and continues to wow audiences all over the festival circuit. The Cajun story about two brothers living in the bayous of Louisiana has just recently obtained a limited theatrical run, nation-wide! If you missed this incredible film at ACE Fest 2007, be sure to check out the trailer here and keep an eye out for Little Chenier at a theater near you!

Networking Party Guest List Closed February 22, 2008

The response was overwhelming to the Entertainment Industry Networking Party!
