How Does This Work?
The Judging Panel will narrow all Mobile entries down to 25 finalists. These selections will be placed in a special section of acefest.com for the world to view and vote! The top 5 works will play on the main screen at ACEFEST 2010 in New York City!

This truly is an incredible promotional opportunity for budding filmmakers and actors to show the world their talent!

What is a Mobile Film?
A mobile film is any work shot entirely on a mobile phone, smart phone, pocket digital camera, Flip Video™ camcorder or other handheld recording device.

Entry Fees
Entry fees are an essential part of the submission and judging process. Current fees for Mobile Films are just $10 per entry.

Prizes / Awards
Awards and prize packages will be given to seven (7) winners for the honors of Best Feature Film, Best Short Film, Best Animation, Best Documentary, Best Video Art and Audience Choice, chosen by our panel of judges from selected entries. Prizes and cash awards to be announced.

All accepted entrants receive two (2) ACEFEST All-Access Passes and VIP gift bag.

	All films and videos submitted this season, regardless of selection status, will be available for review in the ACEFEST Industry Film Market. Distributors, press and other accredited professionals will have the entire library at their fingertips - giving entrants added exposure potential.
	Selected works from the 2010 program will participate in a private preview screening for accredited members of the press and film industry. This event will be an incredible opportunity for our films to gain some buzz before their official screenings.

Selection Notification
All entrants will be notified of their fate by June 24, 2010.

Submission Details
Preferred Formats: DVD, Mini-DV, Avi, Mov, Mpeg, iTunes, Flv, MP4, 3GP
Footage must be shot on mobile phone, Flip Video™ or other portable recording device
Titles, soundtrack, editing and special effects welcome
Above fees apply to entries postmarked by listed dates
Finalists will have the opportunity to upload trailers, info, etc.

We accept all sub-genres of mobile film and video including, but not limited to narrative, experimental, documentary, fantasy, noir, musical, western, sports, television, sci-fi, animation, horror, action, adventure, comedy, drama, mystery, thriller, biography, PSA, news, viral, crime, parody, children's, video art, mobile, etc.

Terms & Conditions
By submitting your work, you authorize American Cinematic Experience LLC to screen your film or video at ACEFEST 2010 and related events (see below). Moving and still images captured from your work may be used for promotional and fundraising purposes at the discretion of American Cinematic Experience LLC. This may include and is not limited to display on our website, downloadable media, artwork and related text.

IF ACCEPTED, your submission contact will be notified to confirm screening permissions. If for any reason you do not want your film played at ACEFEST 2010, you may still retract at that point but not after.

INCLUSION IN THE ACEFEST FILM MARKET is recommended and beneficial to all entrants. It is, however, voluntary and you are welcome to remove your submission from inclusion at any time.
