1906 The Dalles Oregon warranty deed Ft Dalles Reservation Wasco County. What makes this unique and why I first got it was that it is section of the original Ft Dalles that is being transferred, or paid off. Not sure I read the old warranty deeds correctly. The first date was 1895 but I think that was when it was bought from Henry Welp SR. The Welps were a well known and very religious family with multiple nuns and a priest.
The Goellner though I could not find anything on. The other unique part of this document is that it is referred to as DALLES CITY not The Dalles, even on the notary stamp on this is DALLES CITY
