enforcement badges, circa 1923-1940\'s. Jones has had locations in Oakland, California that include: 40th Street, 906
Broadway, 1901 Broadway and 20 Broadway Avenue. From 1897-1906 Ed Jones was making badges part time while living at
his mom\'s house. During the same time period, he was employed by the renowned San Francisco badge maker Irvine &
Jachens. In 1906 he branched out on his own and the rest is history.
