I picked up this gem at an estate sale, plugged her in and to my surprise it started working as the tubes warmed up. It even has a light! I turned the knob to broadcast high and started tuning. To my surprise I picked up a channel playing big band music. I am sure if you add an antenna to the screw in the back one would receive more channels. The receiver radio even has a plug in the back for connecting a record player. What a gem of American history!
