1950's {RARE} DIAMOND MATCH -Scrooge / A Christmas Carol- 6 Unstruck MATCHBOOKs For Sale

A RARE 1950's set of six (6) unstruck matchbooks from the Diamond Match Company (Chicago, Illinois) in Very Nice overall condition.

Of the six "A Christmas Carol" - themed matchbooks, four (4) are unique - forming a COMPLETE CONTACT SET - and two (2) are duplicates of the others.

This item was handed to customers of the former Savings Deposit Bank & Trust Company (Elyria, Ohio) which is now - after several other acquisitions / takeovers - a part of the National City Bank.

The following ten (10) characters (from Charles Dickens' "A Christmas Carol") are depicted:
