Pair of Vintage Bisque Porcelain Bavarian/Tyrolean Children FigurinesA charming facing pair of seated children in traditional Alpine dress, each cradling a deep footed bowl — usable as small planters, candle holders, or table catch-alls. Beautifully hand-painted with bisque faces, blue eyes, and rosy cheeks. The girl wears a red skirt with a blue polka-dot apron; the boy wears brown lederhosen with green suspenders. Both wear green felt-style hats with sculpted white plumes. Note the wonderful detail on the sculpted shoe soles — a hallmark of quality figural work.Marks: Impressed lettering and hand-painted numbers to the underside of each (see photos).Measurements: height 4” width 3” depth 3”Condition: Good vintage condition.
