Antique pre-owned condition with age-related wear. There is a chip/loss along the bottom foot/base edge — clearly shown in the close-up photos. Extensive age-related crazing/surface lines are visible, along with wear and loss to the gold-colored rim decoration and other expected signs of age/use.
