The painting itself was done by artist Elizabeth Smith. Bob Ross signs the back after admiring her work: "Elizabeth, You are a beautiful lady and a very talented artist. Happy painting, Bob Ross, 1990."
Very good condition overall with minor age and handling related imperfections
