Size: 6 x 10.5 cm James Bruce, 8th Earl of Elgin and 12th Earl of Kincardine, born July 20, 1811 in London and died November 20, 1863 in Dharamsala, better known under the title of Lord Elgin, is a colonial administrator and a British diplomat.
