Department 56 Grimsly Manor Halloween Haunted House Retired no Lights, Sound For Sale

This Department 56 piece does not have the insert to make the lights and sound. Other than that, it is a nice piece. It does have two chips, one on the left top corner and one on the right side of the house toward the bottom. See photos. Also, there is a pumpkin missing that should be sitting on the front porch. It comes with the Styrofoam and box.
