Original 1960's Mid-Century Architectural Concept Rendering w/ Long Leg Humans For Sale

Up for sale is a vintageOriginal Matted 1960's Mid-Century Architectural Concept Rendering w/ Long Leg Humans.I do not know the where's and what's of this building, the architectural firm or the architect. I bought it recently at a sale in Wenatchee WA, so there is a chance that it originated in the NW. The heads are not in proportion to the long legs. The girls are in 1960's miniskirts while they are dangling their purses on long chains. There is no artists name signing the work and no clues on the back from what architectural firm it might have come from. I tried looking it up on Google Image search and was directed to two incorrect buildings. If anyone can identify this building or the Architects style, I would appreciate the help. The print is glued to the thick backing art cardboard.
Total weight is 2.33 lbs. I will be mailing it via USPS media mail since it qualifies. The outer dimension of the matt board is 24" tall by 31 1/2" long. The exposed print inside the matt is 17" tall by 23 3/4" long.
