Offering a vintage press photograph showing a unique portrait of Emmet Forrest Branch. Caption describes how Branch became Governor of Indiana following the resignation of Governor Warren T McCray who was convicted of mail fraud. International Newsreel press stamp on back and dated 1924. Great image! Sold as-found and I do not have any additional information on the age or history of this photoMeasures approximately 8" by 10" excluding caption sheet.
Condition: This photo has a torn off upper right corner and surface wrinkling and other wear throughout. Pencil notations and some staining on the back. Overall, still a very nice vintage photograph. Tag Underwood127
