Born in Primorskyi region (Russia). Graduated from the Lviv Ukrainian Polygraphic Institute named after I. Fedorov (1967). His teacher was L. Levytskyi. Graphic artist. He is the author of numerous books and periodicals. Chief artist of the magazines "Vitchyzna" and "Vsesvit. He has made artistic trips to Central (1979) and South America (1983). He has held personal exhibitions in Canada, Romania, and Ukraine. In his works he combined abstract and realistic art. The author of his personal painting technique combined with monotype.
