𧡠V4me2 Outlet β 1950 Butterick 5372 Infant Dress Pattern
Tiny dresses from this era always have a sweetness that is hard to resist, and this Butterick pattern is no exception.
Designed for a six-month-old infant, it features an adorable dress with softly puffed sleeves and matching bloomers. The gentle fullness of the dress, combined with the long stitched front tucks, gives it that classic early-1950s nursery look. It is the sort of outfit that would have been worn for family photographs, first birthdays, or Sunday visits.
Although one sleeve variation and the collar are missing, the remaining puff-sleeve version is complete enough to preserve the charm of the original design. The pattern, envelope, and instructions have all survived in remarkably nice condition for a pattern that is now more than seventy-five years old.

π« Why Itβs Special
Infant patterns from the early 1950s are becoming increasingly difficult to find, especially examples that still retain such appealing original artwork.
