VERY RARE VINTAGE ANTIQUE MID 20th CENTURY AMERICAN MADE STERLING SILVER WESTERN SILVERSMITHS BRAND, VISTA, CALFORNIA, MID SIZED HAND ENGRAVED HORSE HEAD BELT BUCKLE—- This awesome old western American solid sterling silver oval belt buckle features high definition hand engraving, a raised center 3-D horse head image, and roped trim. The condition is good and fully functional showing just minor natural tarnish, as would be expected on an old sterling silver surface. It still looks and works great on a belt and can be polished to shine even brighter if you’d like. The measurements are 3” x 2 1/8”, fitting belts up to 1 1/2” wide, and weighing about 3 ounces. We also comment that this brand, along with several other mid century American makers, is amongst the the most highly collectible, rare & sought after from that era. Rare, collectible and antique are the right descriptions for this one!!!
