Ashcroft 1000psi steam gauge. Vintage, unsure of operating condition.
Extremely cool piece.
We have very good reason to believe this part came from the steam engine room of the BiBB at Decommissioning.
He had in his place many cool pieces of Coast Guard history.
This piece is from the home of a veteran of the ship.
This particular item came from a local man that was in the Coast Guard in the 70’s and 80’s. Keep a lookout at the other items that will be coming soon.
He was a steam engineer so anything from the engine room meant the world to him.
