Vintage 1920s, 1930s, Circus Cake Toppers JAPAN. Of the 36 piece set, 28 are Bisque, 3 are Bone China (monkeys on unicycles, dog playing horn), 1 is metal (man on stilts), 3 seem plastic (clown in blue shirt, monkey in red shirt, man with black bowtie), and the purple clown is ceramic.
