Vintage E Schmeckenbecher Regula Hunting Design Cuckoo Clock Germany Working, with instructions.
I got this at an estate auction, so I don't know any history.Vintage 8-Day German Black Forest Cuckoo Clock – Regula Movement. Working condition with cuckoo at half hour and on the hours. Weights are 2 lb. 11 oz. each. This does loose a little time, about 1 min. each hour. I did not attempt to adjust the pendulum.

Beautiful vintage carved hunting scene cuckoo clock made in West Germany. Features detailed Black Forest carving with stag head, crossed rifles, oak leaves, and game bird and hare.

The only thimgs I see wrong are one clip to hold the stag head and roof trim in place is off. Clip and tiny screw are in the bag. There is some wear to paint on stag head, and one antler is broken. The added piece is there, and a steady hand could probably glue it.

I'm 77 and have had surgery on both hands so I did not attempt to repair.
