Vintage Thor SpeedGrinder Type 128 Single Phase 1/4 H.P. Speedway MFG. 115 Volts For Sale

Shows TONS of wear, it works, BUT it needs attention before regular use. This was from a NON climate controlled house in WI that had not seen the light of day for 7+ years before removed, before that the house was visited 1-2 a year for for around a decade in all. This more than likely had not even been turned on for over a decade. IT was bolted to a bench in a workshop, and the power cord(NOT SURE IF IT IS ORIGINAL) was ran in a stationary position. Sitting for so long in that type of environment has caused the cord to be formed in that position and crack open in several spots. The cord has no flexibility, if that will not cause a concern I would advise electrically taping up the entire cord. I have no idea if the discs wheels attached to it or any good or not as I have never used a grinder. One of the disc wheel is out of shape causing a rub and loud noise when at full revolution. Paint worn off, flaking peeling, not sure if the switch is original(3 positions on, off and off ?)
