He has blueish ~ green tinted wings and his face is perfect with large blue-rimmed eyes, rosy cheeks and heart shaped mouth. He stands on a base with three applied (not painted on) pink roses with gold edged petals and two red firecrackers with "July Angel" in gold script across the front of the base.
