Extremely rare 1940s (or earlier) Abercrombie and fitch Navy Ship Commanders dress coat

Original 40s size tag still there and a newer 80s A&F patched placed on the outer pocket probably from alterations done years after original issue.

PTP measures 21" which aligns with the 40" chest size

Length is a 31"

Original insignia and buttons are all still intact.

A extremely rare find.

Small white mark on the back of the garment.
