Condition:Square & tight. Good condition. Rubbing on corners , top/bottom of the spine and along it. Rubbing of the lettering on the front cover. . No loose, missing or cutout pages. The photos , lithographs and advertisements remain in very good condition. There are a number of signatures of the original owner\'s classmates in this yearbook. There is also some minor entries made by the owner.
Description:12-1/2\" x 9-1/4\". 530 printed pages . Well illustrated with photographs, lithographs and names . The original owner of this yearbook was Nathaniel Burt Davis, Jr from Hingham, MA and a Silver Star recipient during WWII. There are seven WWII, Medal Of Honor recipients in this yearbook. The two from the class of 1933 are John D. Bulkeley and David McCampbell. The signature of David McCampbell is located on page 481 while on the swim team with Nate Davis [see photo]. There are two from the class of 1934, George F. Davis and Richard O\'Kane. The three from the class of 1935 are Eugene Fluckey, John J. Powers and Milton Ricketts. There are class group photos from 1934 and 1935 with rosters that follow. All of the Citations for these men are easily available and highly suggested to read. On page 296 along with his signature is Frank Glasgow Tinker, the Top American Fighter Pilot Ace during the Spanish Civil War. On page 265 along with his signature is Charles Elliott Loughlin, a highly decorated and accomplished submarine skipper during WWII. He was also court-martialed for an incident involving the Japanese ship, AWA MARU.
