Golden Age / pre-code WW2 with a propaganda / caricature style cover. Came out while the US was fully engaged in the war - great piece of history!

Not a book you see often - is magazine size, 80 years old - therefore most copies are mangled and beaten. This is a nice presenting example, solid specs as a CGC 5.0 with off-white to white pages. Is one of just 12 total CGC graded copies (with just a few grading higher).
