Antique 1923 BRITISH PASSPORT & Birth Certificate DONALD MILLS to UNITED STATES For Sale

This rare 1923 British Passport for Donald Mills includes his 1904 Birth Certificate from Bristol, England. It also has a receipt from the American Consulate in Bristol for taking the Alien\'s Declaration and administration of an oath as required by the U.S. Department of State in 1923. There is also a handwritten note in it stating that the passport holder had declared his intention of remaining permanently in the United States. Upon further research, I determined that Mr. Mills made his way to Selma, Alabama where he married Elizabeth King Barnes and had one child. He remained in Selma until his death in 1995.
