Fresh from an estate sale that was discovered in Austin, Texas this VERY unique wooden carving measures approximately 14 “ tall and 5.5 “ wide at its widest point. This painted figure, of the Blessed Mother Mary, captures the essence of spiritual heritage. A relic of religious art, this religious carving bears the marks of time, enhancing its sacred charm. I took extra photos of the fabric, that only enhances this age worthy piece, in order to see that the fabric is actually hand loomed. A beautiful polychromed religious Santos.
