Astronaut Scott Carpenter \"Signed/Auto.\" ~ \"FOR SPACIOUS SKIES \" went to an estate sale where there were over 50 NASA relateditems up for sale -- a number of them \"signed\" by various astronauts.... see my \"Other Items\" for books/photo signed by Scott Carpenter, Mike Mullane, etc...
No \"COA\" on this one... see below for additional information.
ESTATE to several family members at the sale, and this estate wasfrom a school teacher(1960s--1990s) who in the summers held various Space/Astronomytype camps for her students. She was a very beloved teacher and Space/Astronomy were some of her favorite subjects. They said almost all of what she had -- she got signed \"in person\" and/or wrote letters to obtain items for her and her students/class. There was a picture on the wall with her & John Glenn and another one with her & Scott Carpenter -- those pictures were not for sale, though. : (
So..... no \"COA\" on this, but... given the history... I\'m pretty confident that the signatures are- legit.
