This is a real executive chef bowl with a single brass ring to hang by rolled rim and round bottom.  The incised  mark says Bazzar De La Cuisine,inc New YorkN.Y. I was told this is actually French copper mixing bowl made for the US market and Sold by the De Le Cuisine company and dates between 1969-1984.  Professional cookware. Approximate measurements:  9.375" Diameter x 5.675" tall.
