Welcome foolish mortals. This is a BIG 24x36\" one of a kind prop replica of the Ghost Host with following eyes. This effect is still in use in the Tokyo version of the ride. This effect was also used in the Magic Kingdom (Florida) till 2007.
Theprop is about 1.5\" thick and does come with a built in light system that is powered by AAbatteries so you do NOT need to plug it in for it to work (and the batteries lastin the neighborhood of a couple hundred hours).
