Gorgeous Antique Nippon Hand Painted Moriage Octagon Porcelain Decorative PlateSigned with the blue "Maple Leaf" Nippon mark in the bottom, which dates back to 1891. Absolutely gorgeous border of heavy gold gilt and moriage that continues to the outline of the florals. There is a second "ghost" like painting of a landscape behind the poppies.
In an octagon shape, 7 5/8" in diameter, 1 1/4" tall and weighs almost 10 ounces.
