This Dynamic Mid 20th Century Japanese woodblock print showcases Inagaki\'s mastery of multicolor ink printing from a single woodblock. Inagaki, renowned as an esteemed kimono designer, was honored as an Intangible Cultural Property in 1962.
Dating back to the 1950-1960’s this print is part of a limited series published by Mikumo in Kyoto. Several prints by Inagaki adorn the esteemed collection of the Boston Museum of Fine Arts, attesting to his lasting legacy in the realm of the mid century modern Japanese art.
