Lemax 2004 Plymouth Maritime Academy #45143 with Box For Sale

Here is a 2004, Lemax, Plymouth Maritime Academy, lighted house. The light has been tested and works. The house stands about 7 1/2 inches high and measures about 8 inches across.
The cord has an on/off switch, comes with the bulb.
Note: The red and white flag is missing that would go on the left side of the roof.
Comes in the original box, but the box shows wear along edges, corners, sticker residue, remnants of sticker.
