The St Paul Winter Carnival took place from 1-9 February of 1941... 10 months prior to the bombing of Pearl Harbor!

Selling as used but appears in good condition overall for its age of almost 83 years old!

Medal portion is somewhat discolored and bell has spots of surface corrosion present
