This rare Carnival Glass Finger Bowl from the Westmoreland Specialty Glass Co. Rich Iridescent Ware is a true gem for collectors. Made in America in 1909, this small bowl features a stunning Scales pattern in a deep and rich color. Crafted from pressed glass, this bowl is a beautiful example of the production technique of its time period, which extends from 1900-1919.
Inside of bowl has convex (raised) scales. Ground bottom. In hand, bowl has a smooth quality feel, sunlight bounces off the scales in a beautiful example of Westmoreland’s best Carnival glass.
Size: 4.75” rim to rim, 2” tall.
Condition: Excellent. Image #13 shows a less than 1/16” As Made glass pop on rim, difficult to see or feel.
