Up for your consideration is a vintage guard badge. This was picked up by my Grandfather somewhere in his many travels. He was a British Military Officer during World War II and later a Diplomat. This probably dates to the 1950’s or 1960’s. It had been displayed in my fishing cottage for many years. This rare vintage badge is a unique piece of history from The Queen Mine in Bisbee, Arizona. It has an interesting story behind it, as it was worn by a guard who worked at the mine during a time when security was of utmost importance. The badge is made in the United States and features intricate details that showcase the craftsmanship of the era.
The badge is ideal for collectors of historical memorabilia, especially those interested in police and obsolete badges. While the exact year of production is unknown, it is certain that this badge is a one-of-a-kind item that deserves a special place in any collection.
