This is a pulp magazine called Strange Tales of Mystery and Terror from October 1932. There was a pulp magazine out called Weird Tales that had no real competition until these were produced. The first magazine was in circulation in 1931, and by 1933, their owner declared bankruptcy, so they were finished after only producing seven magazines. That's why they have a cult following. The front and back covers are loose. The back cover has more rips, tears, and missing chunks. There's a water stain on the bottom two inches through the first third of the magazine.
