Vintage Handlan Union Pacific UPRR Short Globe Railroad Lantern Frame. Unique and more uncommon style of Union Pacific lantern. This frame is in very good structural condition, but has significant surface rust. No rusted through spots. Bail, hinge, bail clips, lid latch, and spring-loaded globe retainer all still work as designed. This frame needs some clean up and T.LC. Stamped on the lid for U.P. standing for Union Pacific.
