VINTAGE ANTIQUE RPPC POSTCARD PHOTO NAVY MAN COOK CHEF WWI ERA For Sale

RPPC Postcard.
I will be listing a dozen or so RPPC postcards. Most are WWI era Army Soldiers or Navy Sailors. All appear to be from the same time frame. So I assume this is around 1914-1918.
I was leaning that this was a Navy cook, but I might just be getting thrown off since several of these postcards were sailors. So I am not sure. He might be Navy standing somewhere in town or he might just be a chef / cook in town and nothing to do with the Navy. The barrel beside him appears to say FOOD WASTE. So I think this is likely in front (or behind) a restaurant.
Normal aging, but overall good condition.
