Vintage 1993 Holiday Creations Animated Letter Writing Santa - Candle Light - Christmas Carols / Music Great collectible to add to your collection!
This animated writing Santa works as designed. Santa moves his head, moves his right arm as if writing the letter, the candle illuminates, and the Christmas carols play. The display has an electrical cord that when plugged in controls the animation and lighting. The music requires 2 AA batteries (not included). When you first turn on the music or adjust the volume you will hear a static-like return but it quickly dissipates. From what I understand this static-like noise is common for Holiday Creations products.
Also, the wrapped Christmas presents are secured to Santa's desk via zip-tie. It can be removed and the presents can be staged to better conceal the controls, if you would like to do so.
