This item is unbranded. It is a vintage ship or boat deck prism, acquired in the early 2000's. The object features a beautiful, translucent aqua (green-blue), hexagonal glass. In maritime history, old wooden ships and boats relied on deck prisms below deck to bring light into dimly lit areas without using candles and oil lamps, which illuminated light but at risk of fire.
