Per United Nuclear theseare not easy to find, they are ultra-pure (99.99999%) Germanium Crystals. Includedis a small 5/16" diameter brass ring that the crystal fits in. The ringmakes it much easier to make electrical connection to the crystal. UnitedNuclear sells these for $35. Please note that the Germanium Crystal is verysmall. A picture was taken with a dime for scale. They are a great fit for the Martelletto800 Detector - VAAM Vannes Ambrosi.
