Vintage Early USA Flag Military Welcome Home Banner Flag Really Cool Piece!. The flag is entirely intact but most of the felt has disintegrated over time even though the coloring is still good with the red white and blue. There is some steaming throughout and some shredding on the fabric as seen in the photos but can be hung right out of the box, it is on a wooden rod with wooden finials on the end and just a string to hang.
