Vintage MCM Gerald Thurston For Lightolier UFO/Mushroom Desk Lamp- LOOK/READ For Sale

Acquired as is from an estate sale!! Has some blemishes from age and use, but is overall in good vintage condition. Original wiring still works. A couple times when I twisted the knob to turn the light on, it didn’t work. That MAY be because it has dimmable settings and I wasn’t using a dimmable bulb!! Not sure! Turned on for me several times though, pictured. Some minor scuff blemishes to the shade and a small crack, pictured. Doesn’t take away from the grooviness of this lamp!! Could be painted/restored if new owner so desired! Seems to be all intact. The last picture shows this imperfection that you may be able to fix… it appears as though someone maybe took it apart at some point and screwed something back on cockeyed??? Or maybe it’s just a manufacturing flaw?? See pics for details! Does NOT come with bulb; I was just using it to test.
