Vintage Natural Cypress Knee Wood Mid Century Sculptures For Sale

Before I found these two sculptures I had no idea that cypress knee sculpture were such a sought after item. There really is a unique history of how they are cut and carved from the knee wood of the cypress tree that grows in the swamp areas of certain regions. Also they have been around for a long time. The height of the taller one is 5 3/4 in. The smaller one is 4 1/2. They are very, very light weight.
