Vintage (antique?) C Clasp Enamel Flag Pin ‘Benefit Of Blind Soldiers & Sailors’ For Sale

I can’t find anything like this anywhere. It’s quite an unusual piece. And I also can’t find the organization that’s represented on this pin which were sold as a fundraiser to the benefit of the blind soldiers and sailors. The bottom says Pat. pending. The back also has the initials A. B. F. &B. It’s a heavy piece, gold tone with a C clasp pin. All of the enamel is in very good condition. I clearly recognize the American flag and the British flag but the others I don’t know. Shipped free USPS first class. F 24.
