You will receive one meat can / mess kit pouch still attached to its original haversack flap. Includes the original as-found leather knife and fork sheaths. These have some rust spots and corrosion as they were stored in large stacks, and the building was not climate controlled. The canvas varies in thickness and color. Sorry, no special requests.

These were rescued from an old surplus army/navy store warehouse / yard area before it was sadly demolished.

The manager of that stores yard area indicated that many years ago these were cut from the haversacks so that the remaining portion of the haversack could be used to protect crops/plants from a late frost. I cringed at the thought of all those haversacks being destroyed but it was an interesting story.
