This is in excellent condition for its age it was owned by a collector and kept neatly wrapped and stored away for many years

There is a tiny fold on the corner of the felt velvet stutter on the window with Santa

All the windows and door have the stained glass cellophane is perfect

The corners of the chimney are a teeny tiny bit curled but not very noticeable at all, other than that it’s in Beautiful condition!!!
