Beautiful Copper Replacement Agate -With Visible Copper - Michigan Copper Mine For Sale

This is a Copper Replacement Agate with beautiful shiny Michigan Native Copper,white Chalcedony, green Chloriteand red Microcline
This was found in a copper mine on the Kearsarge Lode in upper Michigan. These form in lava rock (basalt) when gas bubbles form in the lava and are later filled with minerals. This is literally a nodule from Basalt rock.
I hand polished this on the cabbing wheel to 3000 grit. Then coated it with lacquer to protect the copper.There may be some saw lines left because this is super thin and I did not want to grind it to nothing.
These are getting more rare because the mine tailings piles are almost all crushed into gravel for roads.See photos for details.
