This is a full 11 piece Clown Costume from Costumes by Betty Made in the USA in St. Paul Minnesota. The costume comes with a Jacket (with shoulder pads and a kick pleat, black polyester lining, 2 pockets), Pants (zipper and snap closure and Vest, Shirt, Tie, socks, suspenders, a persons hat and a small dog hat, and Spears Leather Clown shoes.

The hats, tie, and suspenders are not branded also comes with a clown skull cap with fringe wig
