Striking vintage Design by Mara Mexico pottery decanter/canteen, featuring Mara\'s distinctive combination of textured glazes, etched line work, and Southwestern-inspired celestial imagery.

This substantial stoneware bottle stands approximately 11.5\" tall and features a different hand-finished design on each side.

Dual-Sided Celestial Design:

• Sun Side: Stylized profile face surrounded by a dramatic rust-red and sandy-toned sunburst
• Moon Side: Serene crescent moon face surrounded by an earthy cream-colored, flowing textured design
• Multi-toned blue-gray background glaze
• Original coordinating wood and cork stopper

The flat-sided canteen shape makes this piece especially attractive for display while its generous 32 oz / 1-quart capacity also allows it to function as distinctive vintage barware.

Artist Markings:
